Before/Aftercare
2026-2027 School Year Rates and Information
GOAL: To provide a supervised, Catholic environment before and after regular school hours for the students of St Ann Catholic School.
REGULAR HOURS OF OPERATION: Beforecare is 7am until 8am. Aftercare is 3pm until 6pm.
PROGRAM: It includes non-negotiable homework time, indoor/outdoor activities and a healthy snack. The program is only operational on days when students are in school. Any exceptions to scheduled times or operation, to include early release days, will be posted in the weekly school newsletter and on the school calendar. Students whoare checked out of school during the day and not checked bac in prior to the end of the school day are not authorized to attend Aftercare.
PAYMENT PROCEDURES: Any family wishing to change from monthly to hourly, or hourly to monthly, should give two (2) weeks notice to the Director. All fees paid are non-refundable. No refunds will be given due to severe weather or absences (illness, trips, etc.) Payment must be made online on Gradelink or by check (Payable to St. Ann Catholic School.)
LATE FEES: Aftercare closes promptly at 6pm. A late charge of $5.00 per student for every 5 minute period after that will be assessed and added to the monthly or hourly bill. For any late payments, a $15 late fee will be imposed.
DISCIPLINE: St. Ann Catholic School discipline code also applies to the Before & Aftercare Program. Please consult the Student Handbook for details.
EMERGENCY INFORMATION: Parents are responsible for keeping all registration and emergency information current. Please notify the Director (even if you have notified the school) of any changes as soon as possible.
EMERGENCY CLOSINGS: If school closes early due to severe weather, Aftercare will be closed. If weather conditions become severe during Aftercare, parents should pick up their children as soon as possible. If school is delayed in the morning because of severe weather, Beforecare will open late also. You will be notified through Gradelink for any changes in schedule due to weather.

**ALL STUDENTS ATTENDING BEFORE/AFTER CARE DURING AUGUST ARE BILLED AN HOURLY BASIS.
